I am about positive change and instilling the fact in society that past mistakes never have to define one future situation. Everyone has made mistakes in their lives some of us those were extremely serious mistakes and for some reason society in general refuses to except that a person who is determined enough can really change their lives and put themselves on a better path this is evident in employment opportunities for felons and if you just rolled your eyes at that comment sorry to say but that thinking is part of the problem. Felons are never given a fair chance at advancement and always treated less than these are facts and another fact is that this is a huge contributor to the embarrassing recidivism rate in the U.S. If a person commits a crime and does everything after the fact correctly then that person should be allowed every opportunity as everyone else and when we go to college and graduate at the top of our class only then left to scrounge the bottom of the barrel for whatever jobs are left over is very discouraging to say the least and talented in many fields as we may be all that is lost on blatant discrimination that because it carries the title FELON and not Catholic or Trans or any other number of pronouns renders it invalid. THIS HAS TO CHANGE PEOPLE!!!! some of us are out here really trying to do good not only for ourselves but for society as a whole please support this message..
